Payment

Payment for sold spare parts is accepted only by bank transfer to the settlement account of AGRO-TECHNIC LLC.

There are no other forms of payment.

Sale of spare parts to customers in AGRO-TECHNIC LLC is carried out only on the basis of a signed sales contract, and in order to sign such an agreement, we will need from the client:

From legal entities

  • Certificate of state registration or extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Entrepreneurs (copy on both sides);
  • Certificate of VAT payer (or other tax) or "Extract from the register of VAT payers" (Copy);
  • In case of signing the agreement by an authorized representative of the director, a power of attorney for the right to sign (Copy from both sides);

From individuals

  • Passport (Copies of all completed pages);
  • TIN (copy);

Delivery

AGRO-TECHNIC LLC will send the order to any city in Ukraine by a transport company of the client's choice.

Cost of delivery, regardless of the method of sending, is fully paid by the client.

Priority carrier is the company "Nova Poshta". Delivery of orders to the regional centers of Ukraine lasts from 1 to 2 working days, and to regional centers and other settlements from 1 to 3 working days.

ATTENTION! Delivery across Ukraine by regular buses or minibuses is carried out as an exception, and only in case of 100% prepayment of the order by the client. The risk of loss of the parcel, or its damage, with this method of transportation, passes to the client.
