Warranty

Warranty period for the spare part is set by the manufacturer, but cannot be more than 12 months from the date of sale to the customer.

Warranty for the spare parts sold is valid within the framework of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

To consider the warranty case, subject to the client's compliance with the rules for the operation, transportation and storage of the spare part established by the manufacturer, the client must deliver the purchased spare part to the office of AGRO-TECHNIC LLC in a complete set and with no signs of disassembly.

Consideration of a warranty case in AGRO-TECHNIC LLC is carried out within 14 working days.

In case of detection of a defect in the spare part that arose through the fault of the manufacturer, AGRO-TECHNIC LLC will replace (not repair) the spare part or return the cost of the goods, according to the consignment note.

Within 14 calendar days after the purchase, it is possible to return the goods WITHOUT EXPLANATION OF REASONS, but on condition: there are no traces of the installation of the product, the packaging is intact, and the presentation of the product is intact.

ATTENTION! In the event of a return of the goods, AGRO-TECHNIC LLC does not reimburse the additional costs incurred by the client for receiving the goods in their locality, installation costs, etc. Refunded ONLY the cost of the goods indicated in the delivery note, at the time of purchase.
