AGRO-TECHNIC LLC – is a new, Ukrainian, metalworking enterprise, created for medium and large-scale production of spare parts for imported agricultural machinery (hereinafter referred to as "spare parts"). The enterprise is located on a separate territory, at the address Gagarin Street, 18 B, Village Yerkiv, Chernihiv region, Ukraine, 17081, and has at its disposal more than 4,200 sq.m. industrial and more than 1 800 sq.m. warehouse space.

The production of spare parts at this enterprise is based on the «reverse engineering», principle, which provides for exact, complete repetition of the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the original spare parts (such brands as Lemken, Horsch, John Deere, Kinze, Great Plains, Case, New Holland etc.).

To accurately repeat the geometry of spare parts, AGRO-TECHNIC LLC organized its own technology and design department (TDD), which included specialists in the creation of modern precision metalworking technologies, specialists in the design of metal products, as well as CNC programmers , and technologists to ensure technical control of production. TDD at the enterprise provides complete technological and design preparation of production, the creation of technological and design documentation, using modern software (SolidWorks, MasterCam, etc.) and special equipment (3D scanner, etc.), organizes the introduction of new products into production, as well as conducts daily, serial technical control of production.

The opportunity to comprehensively study the chemical composition of the material of the spare part, as well as its structure and mechanical properties in AGRO-TECHNIC LLC is organized in its own modern metallographic laboratory. The staff of the laboratory is formed from experienced metallographers and materials scientists who have gained their experience in the best branch universities and enterprises of Ukraine. Laboratory studies at the enterprise are carried out on high-precision equipment from both well-known world manufacturers, such as PRESI (France), LABORTECH (Czech Republic), Dewinter Optical (India), and Ukrainian ones recognized for their quality, such as NOVOTEST, INAM, SPECTROLAB. The laboratory of AGRO-TECHNIC LLC conducts input control of raw materials, a full range of studies of repeatable spare parts, as well as studies for quality control technologists.

The production at the enterprise is equipped with new, modern, highly productive equipment, mainly with CNC, namely:

• complex for laser cutting of sheet metal Bystronic (Switzerland);
• bending presses Bystronic ( Switzerland) and CoastOne ( Finland);
• punching and forming presses KD2122, KD2328, DB2434;
• band saw equipment Way Train (Taiwan);
• turning machining centers HAAS (USA);
• milling 4 and 5 axis machining centers HAAS (USA);
• pipe bending equipment SHUZ TUNG ( Taiwan);
• surface grinding equipment PROTH (Taiwan);
• welding equipment TESLA Weld (Czech Republic);
• heat treatment equipment Bortek (Ukraine);
• shot blasting equipment ROSLER ( Germany);
• finishing equipment KROMAS by ROSLER (Turkish Republic);
• powder coating equipment IDEAL LINE (Denmark).

The structure of the study of original spare parts in the laboratory of AGRO-TECHNIC LLC, a detailed and accurate reproduction of the design of spare parts with an understanding of the importance of tolerances and fits, as well as the principle of using the most optimal technological operations, in conjunction with an experienced staff of TDD and production, supported by the presence of highly productive CNC equipment, makes it possible to produce spare parts of consistently high quality in large series.

AGRO-TECHNIC LLC, in conditions of total low quality of metal produced by Ukrainian enterprises, is constantly looking for new metal suppliers in the near abroad.
